Full Refunds

We offer a 100% refund in the following cases:

• Shipping delays: If your order does not arrive after 25 business days, you can request a full refund.
• Manufacturing defects: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you have up to 30 business days from the delivery date to request a refund.

Requirements:

• Provide photo and video evidence of the product defect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 10 to 40 business days, depending on your bank.

Cases of Dissatisfaction or Purchase Errors

If:

• The product did not meet your expectations.
• You selected the wrong size or the wrong item.

We cannot offer direct cash refunds. However, we provide the following options:

Returning the product to our warehouse:

• The customer covers the return shipping cost.
• Once we receive the product, we will evaluate the case.

Possible solutions:

• A store credit equivalent to the product’s value.
• A cash refund, if we determine it applies.

General Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
