Shipping Policy - Charm Spot

At Charm Spot, we are committed to ensuring that every order arrives safely and on time. However, it is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information to avoid delays or delivery issues.

1. Order Processing

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation and verification of shipping details.

2. Shipping Timeframes

The estimated delivery time is 9 to 25 business days, counted from the start of order processing. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

During high-demand seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Hot Sale, and Buen Fin, shipments may take longer due to courier saturation and logistical reviews.

3. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for correctly entering their shipping address, including:

  • Recipient’s full name.
  • Street, exterior and interior number (if applicable).
  • Neighborhood, postal code, city, and state.
  • A clear reference to help locate the address.

If the information is incorrect or incomplete, causing delivery issues, Charm Spot will not be responsible for lost orders or any additional costs incurred.

4. Reshipping Orders

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or an undeliverable address, the customer may request a reshipment under the following conditions:

  • A corrected and complete address must be provided.
  • The customer covers the cost of the new shipment.
  • The reshipment will be processed once the new shipping payment is confirmed.

5. Order Reception & Customer Responsibility

Upon receiving the order, the customer must immediately inspect the package. If the package shows signs of damage, tampering, tears, or is opened, it is recommended not to accept it and to report it immediately to the courier staff.

If the damage occurred during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the courier service.

Charm Spot is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the courier if the customer did not immediately report any delivery issues.

6. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via the email used for purchase.

If an order experiences delays or shows no tracking updates, Charm Spot will assist the customer by providing the necessary information to resolve the issue with the courier.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is damaged or lost during shipping, the customer should contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Each case will be evaluated individually, and Charm Spot will provide an appropriate solution.
